PR STACKS is committed to digital accessibility for everyone. This statement explains our standards, current conformance status, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Our Commitment

PR STACKS is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

Conformance Standards

We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these.

Accessibility Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy (h1–h4) throughout every page
  • All images include descriptive alt text; decorative images use empty alt attributes
  • Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
  • All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard navigation
  • Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements
  • Form fields include associated labels and descriptive error messages
  • ARIA roles and attributes are used where native HTML semantics are insufficient
  • The site is responsive and usable at up to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling
  • No content flashes more than three times per second to avoid triggering photosensitive seizures
  • Links include descriptive text; "learn more" links include aria-label context
  • Time-based media (if any) includes captions or transcripts
  • JSON-LD structured data is provided on every press release page for machine readability

Assistive Technology Compatibility

PR STACKS is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack (Android)
  • Browser zoom up to 400% without loss of content or functionality
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • High contrast mode and forced colors mode
  • Voice control software including Dragon NaturallySpeaking

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of PR STACKS may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party embedded content (such as payment processors) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with those providers to improve their accessibility.
  • Some older press release pages may contain images submitted by customers without alt text. We are working on a remediation process.
  • Rich text content submitted by users may contain formatting that does not always meet contrast requirements
