By creating an account or using PR STACKS services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
PR STACKS provides press release writing, optimization, and distribution services. We distribute content to our network of news outlets and maintain a public newsroom for published releases.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Your content
You represent that you own the rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You grant PR STACKS a license to publish, distribute, and display your content as part of our services.
5. Prohibited content
You may not submit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject or remove any release at our discretion.
6. Credits and payments
Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once a distribution has been initiated. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases at any time.
7. Distribution
We make commercially reasonable efforts to distribute to our full network, but we do not guarantee placement on any specific outlet. Distribution reports reflect actual placements and are provided in good faith.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, search visibility, or media coverage outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
PR STACKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your press release content. Our platform, technology, and branding remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of our service without permission.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
13. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
